Maternity Mini Madness (A No Sew Project)

As an extra you could topstich the waistband down so that you can't see where you sliced the bodice off, but I kind of like the way these skirts look without doing that

Here’s a pretty simple DIY that I whipped up last weekend. I’ve said that Summer has kicked off early, and with a vengeance in Clermont, so I’ve been in need of some Summer maternity clothes. Here’s how I took two ill-fitting dresses & made them into maternity skirts (with zero sewing involved) :

  1. Misfits Vintage

Oh I do love a canine assistant! Love your polka dot skirts, Stace! Sarah xxx

  2. Vix

Love the fluffy butt dog almost as much as I love your clever makeovers!
When my mum was pregnant with me she wore hand-made psychedelic mini dresses with matching knickers. xxx

  3. thorne garnet

    How easy is that?

  4. Meghan Edge

This is great and easy! :-) I love that first skirt!

  5. Trees

Super easy! I love your wall too – your house must really be coming together, you’ll have to do a blog tour for us:)

  6. CityScape Skybaby

You look so cute in your yellow t-shirt and new skirts Stacey and your home looks great, love the panelled wall and the gorgeous pics. xx

  7. Adin B

So cute! Loving the refashioned polka dot skirts. Gotta love refashioning! :) And great job helping fluffy-butt dog! LOL! :) You look lovely! And Congratulations!
